Refund policy
Elderwit Apparel is a print-on-demand business, meaning that products are unique and produced only once when ordered. While we select printing partners whose workmanship meets some of the industry’s highest quality standards, neither the printing partner nor Elderwit Apparel keep inventory on hand. For these reasons, we are not able to receive in returned items or make exchanges.
For all intents and purposes, the customer should consider all sales final. That said, at Elderwit Apparel, we strive to make your purchase experience as pleasant as possible. If there is a problem with your order, you may be eligible for a store credit. Contact us for details.

Damages, Defects, and Undelivered Items
We do make exceptions for damaged, defective or undelivered products under the following conditions:

The product must be damaged or contain a manufacturing error. Please note that the printing partner is allowed a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

We may offer a free reprint or a refund in the event of damage or defect, if contacted within 30 days of product delivery. We will need evidence that the item was damaged such as a photograph or video of the product(s) and packaging to provide to our printing partner. If there’s an issue affecting multiple products, the photo or video of all affected items should be visible in one frame.

If a refund is approved, the customer will be automatically refunded to their original payment method within 10 business days. Due to processing and posting procedures by banks and credit card companies which are outside our control, please allow up to 15 business days after it has been approved for the refund to be credited.

In case of an unsuccessful delivery, please contact Elderwit Apparel about options for reprints or a full or partial refund. Please allow up to 14 business days for the order to arrive.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes to an existing order such as adding or removing products, updating shipping details, or changing the shipping method may be possible, but are not guaranteed, by contacting Elderwit Apparel within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders sent to production team at the printing partner cannot be changed.
Mockups
Mockups are digital renderings of files, and are provided in our listings for realistic illustrative purposes only. However, Elderwit Apparel cannot guarantee exact matches in our final products.
